AMC3 ORO.FC.231(a) Evidence-based training ED Decision 2021/002/R PERSONNEL CONDUCTING ASSESSMENT AND PROVIDING TRAINING (a) Ground and refresher training should be provided by suitably qualified personnel. (b) For non-EBT assessment and training: flight training should be provided by a flight instructor (FI), type rating instructor (TRI) or class rating instructor (CRI) or, in the case of the FSTD content, a synthetic flight instructor (SFI). The FI, TRI, CRI or SFI should satisfy the operator's standardisation, experience and knowledge requirements. (c) Emergency and safety equipment training should be provided by suitably qualified personnel. (d) CRM training should be provided by an EBT instructor or, for the classroom CRM training, a CRM trainer.
