GM2 ADR.OR.F.045(b)(1) Management system ED Decision 2020/021/R SAFETY SERVICES OFFICE (a) The Safety Services Office is managed by the Safety Manager and is independent and neutral in terms of the processes and decisions made regarding the provision of services by the operational unit(s). (b) The functions of the Safety Services Office normally support the Safety Manager in the following: (1) the management and oversight of the hazard identification system; (2) the monitoring of the safety performance of the operational unit(s) that is (are) directly involved in the provision of apron management services (AMS); (3) the provision of advice to the senior management on safety management matters; and (4) the provision of assistance to line managers on safety management matters.
