FPD.TR.100 Flight procedure design requirements Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/469 The flight procedures shall be designed by flight procedure design services provider in compliance with the requirements laid down in [Appendix 1](#_DxCrossRefBm647743376) and with the design criteria as determined by the competent authority, so as to ensure safe aircraft operations. The design criteria shall permit the establishment of appropriate obstacle clearance for flight procedures, where required.
