ATS.TR.415 Plotting aircraft in a state of emergency Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/469 When a state of emergency is considered to exist, the air traffic services unit or units aware of the emergency shall plot the flight of the aircraft involved on a chart or other appropriate tool in order to determine the probable future position of the aircraft and its maximum range of action from its last known position.
