ATS.OR.135 Contingency arrangements Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/469 An air traffic services provider shall develop contingency plans as required in point ATM/ANS.OR.A.070 of Annex III in close coordination with the air traffic services providers responsible for the provision of services in adjacent portions of airspace and, as appropriate, with airspace users concerned.
