ATS.OR.115 Coordination between military units and air traffic services providers Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/469 Without prejudice to Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 2150/2005, an air traffic services provider shall ensure that its air traffic services units, either routinely or on request, in accordance with locally agreed procedures, provide appropriate military units with pertinent flight plan and other data concerning flights of civil aircraft in order to facilitate their identification.
