AMC1 FPD.TR.100 Flight procedure design requirements ED Decision 2020/008/R DESIGN CRITERIA (a) The design criteria determined by the competent authority should be based on ICAO Doc 8168 (PANS-OPS) Volume II âConstruction of Visual and Instrument Flight Proceduresâ, as last amended, so as to ensure safe aircraft operations. (b) As regards the required navigation performance authorisation required (RNP AR) procedure, the design criteria should be based on ICAO Doc 9905 âRequired Navigation Performance Authorization Required (RNP AR) Procedure Design Manualâ, as last amended.
