Article 40 — Repeal Regulation (EU) 2019/317 Implementing Regulations (EU) No 390/2013 and (EU) No 391/2013 are repealed with effect from 1 January 2020. However, those Regulations shall continue to apply for the purposes of the implementation of the performance and charging schemes pertaining to the second reference period.
