Article 38 — Publication Regulation (EU) 2019/317 1. Member States shall make publicly available, in particular by electronic means, the following information: (a) any decisions which they have taken pursuant to [Article 1(4)](#_DxCrossRefBm1409943956) and (5); (b) any decisions which they have taken pursuant to point (c) of [Article 35(3)](#_DxCrossRefBm1409944019); (c) their draft performance plans referred to in [Article 12](#_DxCrossRefBm1409943984); (d) their adopted performance plans referred to in [Article 16](#_DxCrossRefBm1409943989); (e) their reporting tables referred to in Articles 24, 29 and 30. 2. The Network Manager shall make publicly available, in particular by electronic means, the following information: (a) the draft Network Performance Plan referred to in [Article 19(1)](#_DxCrossRefBm1409943964); (b) the adopted Network Performance Plan referred to in Article 19(3). 3. The Commission shall make publicly available, in particular by electronic means, the reports and supporting material produced by the Performance Review Body regarding the assistance provided by this Body in accordance with [Article 3](#_DxCrossRefBm1409943959).
