GM1 ATS.TR.305(c)(1) Scope of flight information service ED Decision 2020/008/R RUNWAY INCURSION OR OBSTRUCTED RUNWAY In the event that the AFIS officer becomes aware of a runway incursion or the imminent occurrence thereof, or the existence of any obstruction on or in close proximity to the runway likely to impair the safety of an aircraft taking off or landing, appropriate action should be taken to inform the aircraft of the runway incursion or obstruction and its location in relation to the runway.
