AMC1 ATS.TR.305(a)(5) Scope of flight information service ED Decision 2020/008/R ESSENTIAL INFORMATION ON AERODROME CONDITIONS Essential information on aerodrome conditions should be given to every aircraft, except when it is known that the aircraft has already received all or part of the information from other sources, including NOTAM(s), ATIS broadcasts, and the display of suitable signals. The information should be given in sufficient time for the aircraft to make proper use of it, and the hazards should be identified as distinctly as possible.
