GM7 to AMC2 ATS.TR.255 Operations on parallel or near-parallel runways ED Decision 2020/008/R SUSPENSION OF INDEPENDENT PARALLEL OPERATIONS DUE TO METEOROLOGICAL CONDITIONS With reference to point (m) of [AMC2 ATS.TR.255](#_DxCrossRefBm647742763): (a) The meteorological conditions to be considered include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) wind shear; (2) turbulence; (3) downdrafts; and (4) crosswind and significant meteorological conditions such as thunderstorms, which might otherwise increase deviations from the final approach course or track to the extent that safety may be impaired. (b) Guidance relating to meteorological conditions is contained in the ICAO Doc 9643 ‘Manual on Simultaneous Operations on Parallel or Near-Parallel Instrument Runways (SOIR)’.
