GM1 ATS.TR.235(h)(1) ATC clearances ED Decision 2020/008/R CLEARANCE UPDATE Where a clearance is issued covering the initial part of the flight solely as a means of expediting departing traffic, the succeeding en-route clearance will be as specified in point (h)(1) of ATS.TR.235 even though the aerodrome of first intended landing is under the jurisdiction of an ACC other than the one issuing the en-route clearance.
