GM1 ATS.TR.235(b)(3)(i) ATC clearances ED Decision 2020/008/R The phrase ācleared flight planned routeā may be used to describe any route or portion thereof, provided the route or portion thereof is identical to that filed in the flight plan and sufficient routing details are given to definitely establish the aircraft on its route. The phrases ācleared (designation) departureā or ācleared (designation) arrivalā may be used when standard departure or arrival routes have been established and published in AIPs.
