GM2 ATM/ANS.OR.A.035 Demonstration of compliance ED Decision 2020/008/R RELEVANT EVIDENCE [ATM/ANS.OR.B.005(e)](#_DxCrossRefBm1726554962) requires ‘The management system shall be proportionate to the size of the service provider and the complexity of its activities, taking into account the hazards and associated risks inherent in those activities.’ Consequently, the relevant evidence to demonstrate compliance with the applicable requirements of this Regulation should be also proportionate to the size of the service provider and the complexity of its activities.
