GM3 ATM/ANS.AR.C.020(c) Issue of certificates ED Decision 2020/008/R EXAMPLES OF CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE CERTIFICATE Conditions attached to certificates may, as appropriate, be related to: (a) non-discriminatory access to services for airspace users and the required level of performance of such services, including safety and interoperability levels; (b) the time by which the services should be provided; (c) ring-fencing or restriction of operations of services other than those related to the provision of services; (d) contracts, agreements or other arrangements between the service provider and a third party and which concern the service(s); (e) provision of information reasonably required for the verification of the continuous compliance with the requirements; (f) any other legal conditions which are not specific to the services.
