3.5 Which occurrences shall be collected by organisations? GM to Reg. (EU) No 376/2014 and its IRs <table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td valign="top" width="599"><p align="center">Key principle</p><p>Each organisation covered by Regulation 376/2014 is required to put in place systems to facilitate the collection of both mandatorily and voluntarily reportable occurrences.
