AMC1 CAO.A.035(e) Personnel requirements ED Decision 2020/002/R QUALIFICATION ASSESSMENT (a) Personnel involved in maintenance and continuing airworthiness management should be assessed for competence by ‘on-the-job’ evaluation and/or by examination relevant to their particular job role within the organisation before unsupervised work is permitted.
