AMC1 ACNS.C.PBN.601 Applicability ED Decision 2019/011/R Compliance with the criteria of CS-ACNS for RNP AR operations ensure that the probability of the aircraft exiting the lateral or vertical extent of the obstacle clearance volume of the procedure (i.e. 2 x RNP and – 75 ft.) does not exceed 10-7 per procedure; in the case of RNP AR APCH, this includes the missed approach. Applicants who deviate from the criteria in Subsection 6 should demonstrate that they meet the aforementioned objective. [Issue: CS-ACNS/2]
