GM1 CAMO.A.125(f) Terms of approval and privileges ED Decision 2020/002/R The sentence ‘for the particular aircraft for which the organisation is approved to issue the airworthiness review certificate’ contained in point [CAMO.A.125(f)](#_DxCrossRefBm1518545216) means that: - for Part-M aircraft used by air carriers licensed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008, and for aircraft above 2 730 kg MTOM, the permit to fly can only be issued for aircraft which are in a controlled environment and are managed by that CAMO; and - for Part-M aircraft of 2 730 kg MTOM and below not used by air carriers licensed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008, and for Part-ML aircraft, the permit to fly can be issued for any aircraft.
