SFCL.030 Practical skill test Regulation (EU) 2020/358 Applicants for a skill test shall be recommended for the skill test by the ATO or the DTO that is responsible for the training undertaken by the applicants, once the training is completed. The training records shall be made available to the examiner by the ATO or DTO.
