BFCL.210Â Â Night rating Regulation (EU) 2020/357 (a)Â Â Â Â A BPL holder shall exercise the privileges of his or her licence in VFR conditions at night only if he or she holds a night rating in accordance with this point. (b)Â Â Â Â An applicant for a night rating shall have completed at least two instruction flights at night of at least one hour each. (c)Â Â Â Â Â The completion of the night rating training shall be entered in the logbook and signed by the FI(B) who is responsible for the training.
