AMC1 ML.A.302 Aircraft maintenance programme ED Decision 2023/013/R (a) The aircraft should only be maintained according to a single maintenance programme at a given point in time. Where an owner wishes to change from one programme to another (e.g. from an AMP based on minimum inspection programme (MIP) to an AMP based on the data issued by the DAH or the declarant of a declaration of design compliance), certain additional maintenance may need to be carried out on the aircraft to implement this transition. (b) The maintenance programme may take the format of the standard template provided in [AMC2 ML.A.302](#_DxCrossRefBm1518546021) (EASA Form AMP). This maintenance programme may include several aircraft registrations as long as the maintenance requirements for each registration are clearly identified.
