GM1 UAS.LUC.010 General requirements for an LUC ED Decision 2019/021/R GENERAL UAS operators may decide to apply for authorisations or issue declarations, as applicable, for their operations, or apply for an LUC. An LUC holder is considered to be a UAS operator; therefore, they must register according to Article 14 and can do it in parallel to the LUC application.
