AMC1 UAS.LUC.030(2)(g)(ix) Safety management system ED Decision 2019/021/R USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS (a) When an LUC holder uses products or services delivered through a subcontractor that is not itself approved in accordance with this Subpart, the subcontractor should work under the terms of the LUC.
