UAS.LUC.080 Duration and validity of an LUC Regulation (EU) 2020/639 (1) An LUC shall be issued for an unlimited duration. It shall remain valid subject to: (a) the LUC holder’s continuous compliance with the relevant requirements of this Regulation and of the Member State that issued the certificate; and (b) it not being surrendered or revoked. (2) Upon revocation or surrender of an LUC, the LUC holder shall provide an acknowledgment in digital format that must be returned to the competent authority without delay.
#### UAS.LUC.080 Duration and validity of an LUC *Regulation (EU) 2020/639* (1) An LUC shall be issued for an unlimited duration.
