Article 12 - Presumption of conformity Regulation (EU) 2020/1058 A product which is in conformity with harmonised standards or parts thereof, the references of which have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, shall be presumed to be in conformity with the requirements covered by those standards or parts thereof set out in Parts [1](#_DxCrossRefBm1106656890) to [6](#_DxCrossRefBm1106657030), [16](#_DxCrossRefBm1106656798) and [17](#_DxCrossRefBm1106656805) of the Annex.
## Article 12 - Presumption of conformity *Regulation (EU) 2020/1058* A product which is in conformity with harmonised standards or parts thereof, the references of which have been published in the *Official Journal of the European Union*, shall be presumed to be in conformity with the requirements covered by those standards or parts thereof set out in Parts [1](#_DxCrossRefBm1295819208) to [6](#_DxCrossRefBm1295819348), [16](#_DxCrossRefBm1295819115) and [17](#_DxCrossRefBm1295819122) of the Annex.
