Article 5 - Making available on the market and free movement of products Regulation (EU) 2020/1058 1. Products shall only be made available on the market if they satisfy the requirements of this Chapter and do not endanger the health or safety of persons, animals or property. 2. Member States shall not prohibit, restrict or impede, for the aspects covered by this Chapter, the making available on the market of products that comply with this Chapter. 3. Paragraphs 1 to 4 of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 of the European Parliament and of the Council shall apply as from 16 July 2021.
