GM 21.A.97(b) Requirements for the approval of a major change ED Decision 2019/018/R The level of detail of the documents that are referred to in [21.A.93(b)](#_DxCrossRefBm1649096851) should be the same regardless of whether the change is approved by EASA or under a design organisation approval (DOA) privilege, to allow the change to be assessed in the frame of the DOA surveillance.
