M.B.305 Aircraft technical log system Regulation (EU) 2020/270 (a) The competent authority shall approve the initial aircraft technical log system required by point [M.A.306](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544921). (b) To enable the organisation to implement changes to the aircraft technical log system without prior competent authority approval, the competent authority shall approve the relevant procedure referred to in point [CAMO.A.300(c)](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544966) of Annex Vc, or point [M.A.704(c)](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544965) of this Annex or point [CAO.A.025(c)](#_DxCrossRefBm1518544964) of Annex Vd.
#### M.B.305 Aircraft technical log system *Regulation (EU) 2020/270* (a) The competent authority shall approve the initial aircraft technical log system required by point [M.A.306](#_DxCrossRefBm1203439808). (b) To enable the organisation to implement changes to the aircraft technical log system without prior competent authority approval, the competent authority shall approve the relevant procedure referred to in point [CAMO.A.300(c)](#_DxCrossRefBm1203439853) of Annex Vc, or point [M.A.704(c)](#_DxCrossRefBm1203439852) of this Annex or point [CAO.A.025(c)](#_DxCrossRefBm1203439851) of Annex Vd.
