##### Article 29 – Essential requirements Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 The operation of aircraft referred to in point (b) of [Article 2(1)](#_DxCrossRefBm1884563515), other than unmanned aircraft, shall comply with the essential requirements set out in [Annex V](#_DxCrossRefBm1884563560) and, if applicable, Annexes VII and VIII.
