##### Article 81 – Air traffic controller training organisations certification Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 The Agency shall be responsible for the tasks related to certification, oversight, and enforcement in accordance with [Article 62(2)](#_DxCrossRefBm1884563609) with respect to the certificates for the air traffic controller training organisations referred to in [Article 51](#_DxCrossRefBm1884563593), where those organisations have their principal place of business located outside the territories for which Member States are responsible under the Chicago Convention and, where relevant, their personnel.
