##### Article 105 – Powers of the Board of Appeal Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 1. A Board of Appeal shall be established as part of the administrative structure of the Agency. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts, in accordance with [Article 128](#_DxCrossRefBm1884563544), to determine the organisation and composition of the Board of Appeal. 2. The Board of Appeal shall be responsible for deciding on appeals against the decisions referred to in [Article 108](#_DxCrossRefBm1884563674). The Board of Appeal shall be convened as necessary.
