ATCO.AR.A.020 Information to the Agency Regulation (EU) 2023/893 (a)       The competent authority shall without undue delay notify the Agency in case of any significant problems with the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 and this Regulation. (b)       The competent authority shall provide the Agency with safety-significant information stemming from the occurrence reports it has received. [applicable until 3 August 2024 - Regulation (EU) 2015/340] (a)       The competent authority shall notify the Agency in case of any significant problems with the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and its delegated and implementing acts within 30 days from the time the competent authority has become aware of the problems.
