GM3 ATCO.B.025(a)(5)  Unit competence scheme ED Decision 2015/010/R ASSESSMENTS OF REFRESHER TRAINING SUBJECTS (a)       Assessments should be conducted primarily on a synthetic training device or offline environments. (b)       Assessments should be conducted by appropriately qualified personnel having detailed knowledge of: (1)       the training objectives; and (2)       the subjects, topics and subtopics being examined or assessed.
