GM3 ATCO.MED.B.030  Haematology ED Decision 2015/010/R SPLENOMEGALY (a)       Splenomegaly should not preclude a fit assessment, but should be assessed on an individual basis. (b)       Associated pathology of splenomegaly is e.g. treated chronic malaria. (c)       An acceptable condition associated with splenomegaly is e.g. Hodgkin’s lymphoma in remission.
