AMC1 ATCO.AR.E.015(d)(2) Findings and corrective actions ED Decision 2023/011/R CORRECTIVE ACTION IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD The corrective action implementation period included in an action plan granted by the competent authority initially should not exceed three months. At the end of this period, and subject to the nature of the finding, the competent authority may extend the three-month period subject to a satisfactory corrective action plan agreed to by the competent authority.
