ATCO.MED.A.050 Referral Regulation (EU) 2015/340 If an applicant for a class 3 medical certificate is referred to the licensing authority in accordance with [ATCO.MED.B.001](#_DxCrossRefBm1379192731), the AeMC or AME shall transfer the relevant medical documentation to the licensing authority.
