ATCO.MED.A.046 Suspension or revocation of a medical certificate Regulation (EU) 2015/340 (a) Upon revocation of the medical certificate, the holder shall immediately return the medical certificate to the licensing authority. (b) Upon suspension of the medical certificate, the holder shall return the medical certificate to the licensing authority on request of the authority.
