ATCO.MED.A.030 Medical certificates Regulation (EU) 2023/893 (a)       Applicants for and holders of an air traffic controller licence, or student air traffic controller licence, shall hold a class 3 medical certificate. [applicable until 3 August 2024 - Regulation (EU) 2015/340] (a)       Applicants for, and holders of, an air traffic controller licence, or a student air traffic controller licence, shall hold a class 3 medical certificate, except when the privileges are exercised in a synthetic training device environment. *[applicable from 4 August 2024 - Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/893]* (b)       A licence holder shall not at any time hold more than one medical certificate issued in accordance with this Part.
