CAO.A.110 Continued validity Regulation (EU) 2019/1383 (a) An approval shall be issued for an unlimited duration and shall remain valid subject to: (1) the organisation remaining in compliance with the requirements of this Annex, in particular how the findings are handled in accordance with point [CAO.A.115](#_DxCrossRefBm1518546358); (2) the competent authority being granted access to the organisation to determine continued compliance with the requirements of this Annex; (3) the competent authority not having surrendered or revoked the approval.
