CAO.A.010 Scope Regulation (EU) 2019/1383 This Annex establishes the requirements to be met by a combined airworthiness organisation (CAO) in order to be issued, upon application, an approval for the maintenance and continuing airworthiness management of aircraft and components for installation thereon, and to continue carrying out those activities, where such aircraft are not classified as complex motor-powered aircraft and are not listed in the air operator certificate of an air carrier licensed in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008.
