CAMO.B.125 Information to the Agency Regulation (EU) 2023/203 (a) The competent authority shall, without undue delay, notify the Agency in case of any significant problems with the application of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 and its delegated and implementing acts. (b) The competent authority shall provide the Agency with safety-significant information stemming from the occurrence reports it has received pursuant to point [CAMO.A.160](#_DxCrossRefBm1518546135).
