ML.B.903 Findings Regulation (EU) 2019/1383 If during aircraft surveys or by other means, evidence is found showing non-compliance with requirements of this Annex, the competent authority shall: (a)    for Level 1 findings, require appropriate corrective action to be taken before further flight, and immediately revoke or suspend the ARC; and (b)    for Level 2 findings, impose the corrective action appropriate to the nature of the finding.
