SPO.SPEC.PAR.125 Releasing of dangerous goods Regulation (EU) 2019/1384 Notwithstanding point [SPO.GEN.155](#_DxCrossRefBm927680515), parachutists may exit the aircraft for the purpose of parachute display over congested areas of cities, towns or settlements or over an open-air assembly of persons whilst carrying smoke trail devices, provided those are manufactured for that purpose.
