SPO.OP.130 Fuel/energy scheme – aeroplanes and helicopters Regulation (EU) 2021/1296 (a) The operator shall establish, implement, and maintain a fuel/energy scheme that comprises: (1) a fuel/energy planning and in-flight re-planning policy; and (2) an in-flight fuel/energy management policy. (b) The fuel/energy scheme shall: (1) be appropriate for the type(s) of operation performed; and (2) correspond to the capability of the operator to support its implementation.
