NCO.SPEC.155 Airborne collision avoidance system (ACAS II) Regulation (EU) No 379/2014 Notwithstanding [NCO.OP.200](#_DxCrossRefBm927680207), the ACAS II may be disabled during those specialised tasks, which by their nature require the aircraft to be operated within a distance from each other below that which would trigger the ACAS.
