NCO.SPEC.145 Simulated situations in flight Regulation (EU) No 379/2014 Unless a task specialist is on-board the aircraft for training, the pilot-in-command shall, when carrying task specialists, not simulate: (a) situations that require the application of abnormal or emergency procedures; or (b) flight in instrument meteorological conditions (IMC).
