NCC.OP.170 Securing of passenger compartment and galley(s) Regulation (EU) No 800/2013 The pilot-in-command shall ensure that: (a) before taxiing, take-off and landing, all exits and escape paths are unobstructed; and (b) before take-off and landing, and whenever deemed necessary in the interest of safety, all equipment and baggage are properly secured.
