CAT.OP.MPA.160 Stowage of baggage and cargo Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 The operator shall establish procedures to ensure that: (a) only hand baggage that can be adequately and securely stowed is taken into the passenger compartment; and (b) all baggage and cargo on board that might cause injury or damage, or obstruct aisles and exits if displaced, is stowed so as to prevent movement.
